This service has multiple benefits. It not only shows a potential buyer what you are offering in high quality videos and photos. It allows for a potential buyer to envision themselves living in the home you are selling. How you present that to your prospective buyers is crucial. We prefer a clean, crisp, and professional look to each photo. To each video. Depending on the size of the house, and what you are looking to showcase the price may vary. To give a starting point we do offer a basic plan for 3 different tiers. 1. Standard The Standard tier offers you 30 photos of your house, neighborhood, and yard. Both ariel and ground level. These photos will be taken in 1080p, and will have no overlays, or edits. Starting at $117.32 2. Dynamic In addition to the 30 photos offered in the standard tier. You will get 5 ariel videos of your house, at multiple levels and angles to showcase the neighborhood, yard, and the house most importantly. Each video might vary in length of time due to the size of the house. It also includes a simple edit for a final 3-minute polished video. Starting at 288.24 3. Deluxe Now we are getting creative. The Deluxe tier includes both previous tiers. This adds a complete video tour of the interior of the house with background music, higher quality transitions, extra templates, color grading the video. A voiceover for the video tour is available for the walkthrough if you so desire as well. Starting at $507.47 These prices are based on an average square footage of a house being 2,500 square foot.
